For the brochure with all the information you need including this year's summer camp schedule, click on "camper" then "schedule". For your convenience, the forms are available in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats.

Please Note: If a camper is attending more than one camp, a form must be filled out for each of the camps.

Forms are also available at any United Church in Southwest Saskatchewan, or see our "contacts" page for assistance.
