Please note: registering online will require online payment (through Paypal). If you wish to pay by cheque, please print off a registration form and send the cheque and form through the mail. Cheques should be made payable to "Camp Shagabec." Do not send cash in the mail.

In order for us to offer a better experience for our campers, we'd like to get to know them in advance. Please include some of their current interests.

Medical Form

Note: We will have on-site a First-aider, who holds a current First-aid certificate, during all camps. Please send any medications (perscribed or over the counter) that your child is likely to need during camp. Any medications brought to camp must be clearly labeled and given to the First-aider when you register at Camp.

Basic first aid supplies are kept at the camp, you will have to provide all medicines for chronic conditions. Basic first aid for minor injuries will be provided as necessary. We will contact the parent/guardian if it is felt necessary. Parents/guardians will be notified if the camper is transported to hospital.

I grant permission for the designated medic at camp to administer over the counter medication (i.e., Tylenol, Tums etc.), and first aid to my child when it is required during the camp.
If you wish to be phoned, prior to us administering any over the counter medication (i.e., Tylenol, Tums etc.) to your child, any time for the day or night.
